Cranberry White Chocolate Bites

1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup white chocolate chips


In a mixing bowl, add the oats, flaxseed, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Let the PB/honey mixture cool a bit and then add it to the oat mixture along with the cranberries and white chocolate.

Mix well.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.

Roll into balls – or in my case I made bars.
